We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Leader who can take clear business goals and turn them into measurable marketing execution. This role owns planning, execution, and performance across campaigns, events, and digital channels.
You will work directly with company leadership to understand what needs to be accomplished, then independently design and run the marketing programs to achieve those outcomes.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building from the ground up—running campaigns, tracking performance, and continuously optimizing based on data.
Core Responsibilities Strategy & Execution
Translate business objectives into clear marketing plans and campaigns
Own campaign execution across digital, outbound, inbound, and event channels
Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, impact, and available resources
Build and manage a practical marketing calendar (campaigns, webinars, events)

Track performance across channels (email, paid, organic, events, webinars)
Provide clear reporting on what’s working, what’s not, and why
Continuously test, optimize, and improve performance
Campaigns & Demand Generation
Plan and execute integrated campaigns (email, LinkedIn, ads, content)
Partner with sales to support pipeline creation and account-based efforts
Manage CRM and marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Webinars, Events & Conferences
Own end-to-end execution of webinars (topics, speakers, promotion, follow-up)
Plan and manage conference participation (booths, speaking sessions, outreach)
Coordinate pre-event and post-event campaigns to drive ROI
Track leads, meetings, and pipeline generated from events
Content & Messaging
Develop clear messaging aligned to customer pain points and solutions
Oversee creation of campaign assets (emails, landing pages, decks, one-pagers)
Ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints
Required Qualifications
3–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing (scope based on level)
Strong execution skills—able to plan and do
Data-driven mindset with comfort in dashboards, metrics, and attribution
Experience running campaigns, webinars, and/or events
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with leadership
Ability to operate independently and own outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, technology services, or B2B software
Familiarity with Clay.com, HubSpot, or similar CRM/automation tools
Experience supporting sales and pipeline-driven growth
Conference and webinar management experience
Account-based marketing (ABM) exposure

Clear visibility into marketing performance and ROI
Sales and leadership trust marketing as a growth engine
Marketing execution scales as the business grows
Why This Role Matters This role is foundational to the company’s growth. You’ll have:
