Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage clearly

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports

Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/online payment transactions

Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising

Manage stock levels and coordinate with store/warehouse staff

Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support

Follow company sales policies and promotional guidelines

Support marketing campaigns and showroom promotions

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
