Private Dining Coordinator

An urban oasis along the Mississippi in St. Louis, near the Gateway Arch.

Role Overview The Private Dining Coordinator is an essential member of the Commercial Department, responsible for promoting the hotel and its services to potential guests. This role focuses on generating new business, responding to inquiries, and driving revenue across the hotel and its outlets. The Coordinator reports to the Commercial Director.

What You Will Do

Serve as the main point of contact, manage inquiries, negotiate contracts, and build strong client relationships.

Create detailed Restaurant Event Orders (REOs), manage AV equipment, and ensure service standards are consistently met.

Conduct daily solicitation to new and existing accounts and promote awareness in corporate, incentive, and association markets.

Answer phone calls and respond to chats and emails through the hotel’s computer systems.

Collaborate with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of.

What You Bring

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.

Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required.

Experience in a similar role is a plus.

Schedule & Hours

Full‑time position.

Working hours primarily Monday through Friday, 8:30 am‑5:00 pm.
