Where And How You’d Work Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit‑stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).
What You’d Do In This Role As a Product Designer on the RamseyTrusted team, you’ll craft digital experiences that guide Ramsey fans through some of the most important financial decisions of their lives—buying or selling a home, investing, and navigating taxes.
You’ll work closely with a Product Manager and Engineer to turn customer insights into simple, intuitive product experiences. This includes participating in discovery (customer interviews and usability testing), mapping user flows, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating designs based on feedback and product data. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with quality, while applying Ramsey design standards to create clear, trustworthy experiences that help connect families with the right real estate professionals.
You’re Probably a Match If
You have 4–5+ years of in‑house product design experience in B2B or B2C digital products.
You’re highly proficient in Figma and comfortable creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
You have experience participating in customer discovery, including interviews or usability testing.
You can simplify complex problems into clear, intuitive product experiences.
You collaborate well with Product Managers and Engineers in a cross‑functional product team.
Your portfolio shows real product thinking and problem solving, not just visual design.
