RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead product discovery and requirements gathering to assess business value, ensuring features are well-defined and delivered accurately and on time for successful go-to-market execution

Develop and maintain a product roadmap for digital initiatives across platforms

Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements and technical specifications.

Partner with engineering to prioritize features, resolve technical challenges, and ensure on-time delivery

Collaborate with UX/UI teams and 3rd party vendors to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly product design

REQUIRED SKILLS

4–8 years of experience in digital product management or product strategy

Experience working for a Marketing, Media, or Publishing agency/industry

Proven track record of developing and launching successful digital products or platforms

Proven experience in product discovery, requirements gathering, and value assessment

Ability to define and drive product strategy aligned with business objectives

Demonstrated ability to prioritize initiatives by evaluating customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

Skilled in facilitating grooming sessions with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, refine features, and maintain alignment with product goals

Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and driving effective collaboration across product, engineering, marketing, and design teams

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

Bachelor's Degree
