NYC Metro POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Trade Marketing Coordinator tojoin our team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Trade Marketing. This position plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing programs aimed at driving sell-through and revenue across both wholesale and retail channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously across internal teams, clients, and external partners. ROLE SCOPE & RESPONSIBILTIES: Support the Senior Manager, Trade Marketing in planning and executing marketing strategies across owned retail and wholesale accounts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on marketing needs, including co-op marketing plans, in-store marketing support, and seasonal initiatives. Develop and maintain communication calendars for client newsletters and SMS campaigns, ensuring timely and strategic outreach. Manage and scale social media asset sharing platform, optimizing content distribution and retailer engagement. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, visual merchandising, and promotional activities, ensuring seamless execution. Work cross-functionally with sales, creative, merchandising and external vendors to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts. Track and report on campaign performance data and retailer participation, providing insights to inform future strategies. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive greater impact from trade marketing efforts. Provide day-to-day administrative and tactical support to the Trade Marketing team as needed. Facilitate in-office needs as appropriate – including shipping of materials and partnering on showroom updates, organization, and support. Maintain an updated store tracker/audit list to help streamline the distribution of tools, assets, and branding across retail accounts. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, wholesale, or trade marketing. Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interfacing directly with clients and retail partners. Self-starter who is proactive and able to work independently while collaborating within a team and meet deadlines. Experience with Excel, Powerpoint, email (MailChimp) and SMS marketing platforms; familiarity with Promoboxx is a plus. Strong project management skills and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
