Field Director – Integrated Firm Field Engagement Team (IFET)
We’re looking for a strategic, collaborative Field Director to join our Integrated Firm Field Engagement Team (IFET). This role partners with Market Executives and Financial Advisors to deliver integrated solutions that bring the firm’s full global and institutional capabilities to clients.
What You’ll Do
Partner across Wealth, Workplace, and Institutional teams to deliver holistic client solutions
Identify and activate new growth opportunities across the firm’s platform
Embed institutional thinking into advisor practices and local market strategies
Lead 1:1 advisor engagements, book reviews, and opportunity development
Drive adoption of firm initiatives with measurable field impact
Facilitate strategy sessions, market calls, and advisor forums
What We’re Looking For
Strong Wealth Management experience; field and advisor engagement preferred
Collaborative leader with the ability to influence across teams
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
Familiarity with Workplace and Institutional capabilities a plus
Qualifications
Series 7 & 63 (or equivalent)
~25% travel
This role can be located in either New York; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; San Francisco, CA; or Palm Beach, FL

California Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $205,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
Illinois Salary range for the position: $95,000 and $165,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
