This is a full-time, on-site Brand Representative role based at our San Marcos, TX location. The Brand Representative will engage with customers to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while acting as a true ambassador of the Ralph Lauren brand. Daily responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, increasing brand awareness, maintaining store presentation standards, and building strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty. You will contribute to meeting sales goals and support the overall success of the store through teamwork and collaboration. Qualifications
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage effectively with diverse customer groups. Experience in Customer Service with a focus on fostering positive customer relationships and satisfaction. Understanding of Brand Awareness and Brand Ambassadorship to uphold and embody the values and aesthetics of Ralph Lauren. A professional demeanor, reliability, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Prior experience in retail or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Passion for fashion and aesthetics, combined with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to meeting sales goals.
