The Conrad Los Angeles is seeking a creative Marketing Manager to join their Sales and Marketing team. Located in Downtown LA’s cultural corridor, Conrad Los Angeles is the city’s newest luxury destination, featuring over 300 rooms, a world‑class spa, a 16,000‑square‑foot rooftop pool deck, 12,000 square feet of event space, and three dynamic dining experiences—including our signature restaurant, San Laurel—all in partnership with Chef Jose Andres’ award‑winning restaurant group, JoseAndresFoodGroup. In this position, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to boost revenue growth and creation. You will support the hotel’s dedication to outstanding guest service and financial prosperity by aiding the Director of Sales & Marketing in overseeing the hotel’s marketing endeavors and sales‑marketing campaigns for groups, leisure, consortia, wholesale, catering, events, spa, and food & beverage sectors. What will I be doing?

Marketing Management and Execution

Plan & Budget: assist the Director of Sales & Marketing with the execution of strategic marketing plans, including annual, monthly, and segment‑based deployment with cost, deployment strategies (print, digital, and/or social media) based on competitive data, demand analysis, and market mix management. Agency Point of Contact: serve as the day‑to‑day agency point of contact to ensure execution of plan. Internal Partnerships: work and liaise with internal hotel and corporate partners, including Brand, Destination, Jose Andres Group, and Ownership. Keys to Success

Build close alignment with on‑property, regional, and brand marketing teams. Successfully execute the tactical elements of the annual marketing plan. Strong project‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at once. Passion for learning and staying on the cutting edge of new digital strategies, trends, and technologies. Highly adaptable to seasonality and conflicting priorities. Tactical Marketing Execution & Analysis

Project Management: manage the development of advertising and marketing campaigns, including trafficking creative for all hotel‑related marketing initiatives. Ensure timely media placement, coordination of production/materials deadlines, and project expense management. Website Content: manage Brand.com and any vanity website content for the hotel, including upkeep of images, special offers, landing pages, and other site content enhancements. Ensure all legal and security requirements are maintained. Content & Asset Management: identify visual asset needs and coordinate all photo & video shoots. Media/Influencer Visits: work with PR and Marketing teams to coordinate VIP visits, including itineraries, tours, amenities, and reservations. Photography/Videography: oversee the asset database of approved images and keep all image libraries up to date, including hotel, enterprise, and third‑party sites. Coordinate hotel photo and video shoots. Email Deployment: manage and execute the schedule of email campaigns deployed by Clairvoyix and Constant Contact. Work with stakeholders to determine offers and content for emails. Social Media: work with agency to propose and review themes for monthly content calendars related to the hotel. Reporting: pull ad‑hoc reports requested by leadership to assist with ownership and/or corporate meetings. Meetings, Presentations and Reports

Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in preparation for all strategic meetings, including weekly and/or monthly hotel executive committee meetings, ownership reviews, and corporate hotel reviews. What are we looking for?
