Role Overview We're hiring a detail-obsessed and creatively aligned

Production Designer

to join our Creative team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for translating core brand assets and campaign concepts into scalable, polished executions across digital, print, retail, and internal channels. You play a crucial role in ensuring visual consistency and clarity across touchpoints — helping the brand look its best in every context.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, understands the importance of brand systems, and takes pride in delivering work that’s both beautiful and accurate.

What You'll Do

Produce digital and print-ready assets for web, email, paid media, packaging, retail, events, internal communications, and more.

Extend brand campaigns into asset suites, templates, and toolkits for global or multi-channel deployment.

Partner with designers and art directors to ensure all creative outputs maintain brand integrity and visual cohesion.

Create and maintain design systems, visual libraries, and production templates.

Support the development of internal creative materials, such as pitch decks, presentations, and branded collateral.

Ensure file accuracy, correct specs, and adherence to production timelines and technical requirements.

Implement feedback quickly and efficiently while maintaining design quality and intent.

Who You Are

3–5 years of experience in production design or a creative services environment.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

Knowledge of digital production requirements, responsive design principles, and preparing assets for both digital and print output.

Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and file management skills.

Experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across large volumes of deliverables.

Excellent time management and communication skills — able to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus: experience in retail, packaging, or experiential environments.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Salary Range

$110,000 - $130,000 USD
