What You'll Do (Lead From the Front) As a Lead Canvasser, you’ll be the driving force behind our field team.
Inspire, manage, motivate, and mentor a team of canvassers in the field
Interact directly with homeowners and generate your own leads
Train new hires and build their confidence to set quality appointments
Track performance, set daily goals, and celebrate team wins
Report to management with insights, progress, and ideas to boost results
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable Vehicle
Previous sales, canvassing, or team leadership experience (preferred but not required)
Leadership mindset and positive attitude
