Business Development Representative - Healthcare REPORTING TO : Business Development Manager LOCATION : Brooklyn, New York (Onsite M-F) What You’ll Do: Fuel the Flip Revolution in Voice Ai Step up and become a critical driver on the Go-to-Market (GTM) team, helping Flip move from a category leader to an undisputed market champion in Voice AI-native customer support. You will join the Flippin energized Business Development team and play a high-impact role in shaping the future of our healthcare offerings.

Be the Engine of Customer Acquisition: Generate high-value outbound leads and secure critical meetings across enterprise and mid-market healthcare segments. Engage in conversations that range from deep, strategic dialogues to fast-moving opportunities.

Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. This role is eligible for bonus/commission and equity in accordance with company policy and board approval.

Compensation Range:

$55,000—$75,000 USD
