The Senior Communications Specialist leads strategic communications for an enterprise digital organization, shaping messaging, storytelling, and content across channels to align with digital priorities and culture. This role partners closely with senior leaders to deliver high‑impact communications with minimal oversight and serves as a trusted advisor on narrative strategy and change communications.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the digital communications strategy, including quarterly and annual planning Develop key messages, storytelling frameworks, and content for major digital initiatives Write and produce high‑visibility communications such as leadership updates, newsletters, intranet content, and transformation success stories Partner with change management and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent, aligned messaging Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field 3–5+ years of experience in corporate or internal communications Proven experience developing (not just executing) communication strategies Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and manage multi‑stakeholder initiatives Skills & Tools
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills Strong storytelling and communication planning capabilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot), and communication platforms such as Poppulo and Canva
