About Studio BANAA Studio BANAA
is a hospitality‑focused architecture and design firm based in San Francisco. Our work spans restaurants, cafés, bars, and community‑driven spaces—environments where people gather, connect, and return. We are the brand architects for a growing restaurant concept and work across the Bay Area and Southern California.
The Role This is a hands‑on design and production position. You’ll work closely with the design lead and principals to move projects from concept through construction documents. We’re a lean studio, so you’ll have real ownership and visibility on everything you touch.
Responsibilities
Contribute to design development across hospitality projects
Produce drawings, details, and presentation materials
Coordinate with project leads on active construction document sets
Support permitting submissions and consultant coordination
Collaborate with the team on design reviews and client presentations
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in architecture or interior design
Strong design sensibility with solid technical skills
Proficient in Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Suite
Hospitality, retail, or commercial experience preferred
Self‑sufficient, fast learner, and easy to work with
About the Role You’ll be joining at a moment of real growth—new projects coming in, an expanding client base, and a team that takes design seriously. There’s room to grow here quickly.
Compensation Competitive salary + benefits based on experience.
