Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events from inception to completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
Develop comprehensive event plans including logistics, schedules, and resource allocation.
Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown to ensure smooth operations.
Manage event registration processes and attendee communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as an Event Specialist or similar role in event planning.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
