The role focuses on driving the design process and establishing scalable design systems for their rapidly growing customer base.
Job Responsibilities
Define and drive the full design process from user research, product flows, and wire‑framing to UI design
Work closely with product and engineering to define both the short‑term tactical goals and long‑term product vision and roadmap
Establish design principles and set the direction for the company's design system
Lead user research initiatives
Understand user goals, business requirements, and technical constraints that shape the product
Pull inspiration from various sources to invent new interaction paradigms in finance & accounting
Lead a team of product designers, acting as a mentor and coach
Recruit and onboard new product designers
Contribute directly to the company's UX/UI design
Qualifications
5+ years of end‑to‑end design experience from research to implementation across all stages of the design process
3+ years leading design teams in product‑driven B2B SaaS environments
Proven ability to solve complex design problems and visualize complex systems
Strong cross‑functional communication skills
A challenger mindset that questions the status quo and pulls inspiration from diverse sources
Compensation Salary: $210,000 – $235,000, Plus Bonus
