Marketing Manager at Amazon Music’s Brand Social team in the Global Marketing Organization. This role plans, develops, executes, and optimizes social media campaigns across Amazon Music’s tentpole marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute best‑in‑class paid media strategies across social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) for product launches, partnerships, and cultural moments.

Amplify high‑performing organic content through paid promotion.

Apply insights and segmentation for audience targeting.

Manage campaign budgets and optimize spend for ROI.

Monitor performance, produce reports, and refine tactics based on data.

Collaborate with social media, content, and marketing teams to align paid and organic strategies.

Stay current on industry trends, algorithms, and emerging technologies to enhance strategies.

Team Overview The Organic Brand Social team focuses on top‑funnel awareness, delivering billions of impressions and positive engagements. The team aligns paid and organic efforts to build cohorts for lower‑funnel campaigns, supporting Amazon Music’s brand affinity and retention.

Basic Qualifications

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).

Track record building and optimizing multiple marketing campaigns.

Experience managing cross‑functional marketing and creative teams.

Experience delivering paid media across TV, print, digital, and social channels.

Experience with affiliate marketing, PPC, SEM, and social media advertising.

5+ years of professional experience in paid social media marketing, digital advertising, or performance marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing multi‑territory campaigns.

Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines.

4+ years in paid social marketing focusing on brand awareness and engagement.

Experience in entertainment, music, or consumer technology industries.

Proven ability to scale paid social programs globally.

Advanced expertise in audience segmentation and targeting.

Collaboration with organic social, content creators, and regional marketing.

Demonstrated organic content amplification with 2x+ engagement lift.

Management of tentpole, product launch, or cultural moment activations.

Knowledge of emerging social media trends and platform algorithms.

MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.

City: San Francisco – 86,700 – 151,700

City: Atlanta – 78,800 – 137,900

City: Seattle – 82,700 – 137,900
