Junior Interior Designer

Studio Bloom, Hartford, CT, United States

ABOUT THE FIRM Studio Bloom is proud to represent the search for Sabin Viehland, a bi‑coastal interior design studio specializing in high‑end residential interiors across Litchfield County, the Hudson Valley, Santa Barbara County and beyond.

Founded by Michelle Sabin and Audra Viehland, the studio is known for its refined, layered approach, blending historic character with a modern sensibility. Their work emphasizes materiality, color, and thoughtful curation, resulting in spaces that feel both timeless and deeply personal. With a small, highly collaborative team, the studio brings intention and care to every detail, working closely with trusted vendors, artisans, and builders to execute projects at a high level.

ABOUT YOU

You are highly detail-oriented—everything from your drawings to your written communication is thoughtful, accurate, and double-checked.

You take initiative. You come forward with ideas and solutions, not just questions or problems.

You are a self-starter who can work independently, while still knowing when to ask for guidance.

You are organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple moving parts without becoming overwhelmed.

You retain information well and build on what you’ve learned—minimizing the need to be shown the same thing twice.

You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

You thrive in a small team environment where accountability, collaboration, and a positive attitude matter.

You are eager to gain exposure across all aspects of the design process and continue growing as a designer.
