
Marketing and Communications Intern

Overview
Network Partners Group (NPG) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Intern to support our Marketing Team. This internship provides hands-on experience in B2B marketing, content development, campaign execution, internal communications, and event promotion within the life sciences consulting industry.
Responsibilities
Support content creation across LinkedIn, email campaigns, and marketing materials
Assist in the development of thought leadership content, including articles, newsletters, and webinar promotions
Support internal communications, including newsletters and company-wide announcements
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and culture-driven content
Build and maintain campaign calendars to track deadlines and deliverables
Coordinate with technical teams to gather content inputs and ensure timely delivery
Research industry conferences, speaker submission deadlines, and event opportunities
Pre-populate and draft promotional content for upcoming events across multiple channels
Support campaign execution by organizing assets, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
Junior–Senior year students preferred
Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
Interest in marketing, communications, or the life sciences industry
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LinkedIn required
Experience with design tools (Adobe, Canva) is a plus
