Overview

Senior Brand & Channel Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across the Electromechanical Solutions (EMS) portfolio. Responsible for driving growth, strengthening brand equity, increasing market share, and enhancing customer engagement. Works closely with channel partners, especially Wholesale distribution, to align go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities

Lead the creation and execution of integrated, omnichannel marketing strategies to support product lines, vertical markets, and customer segments. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels in alignment with ASSA ABLOY brand standards. Oversee development of marketing collateral, digital content, product messaging, and promotional campaigns to support sales growth. Lead new product introductions, including go-to-market strategy and promotional activities. Drive development of customer-facing programs including co-op marketing, promotions, and partner enablement tools. Channel & Wholesale Strategy

Lead the development and execution of the Wholesale channel marketing strategy, driving growth, engagement, and market share across key distribution partners. Serve as the primary marketing liaison for Wholesale partners, building and maintaining strong relationships while identifying new business opportunities. Lead regular business reviews with channel partners, including performance analysis, demand planning, and marketing/training alignment. Analyze channel performance and provide actionable insights, including customer performance, pipeline outlook, and competitive positioning. Cross-Functional Leadership & Enablement

Collaborate with sales, product management, training, engineering, and operations to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Identify and develop training and educational programs to support product adoption, system design, and application knowledge. Enable channel partners and internal teams with tools, content, and insights to effectively position and sell products. Support demand generation and lead development efforts through coordinated marketing and sales initiatives. Marketing Operations & Performance

Lead the development and management of marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs aligned with growth objectives. Establish and track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of channel programs, campaigns, and initiatives. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy. Oversee digital presence including websites and electronic marketing tools to enhance customer experience and engagement. Leadership & Team Development

Lead with a positive attitude, vision, and energy to inspire others; develop the marketing team and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to ensure execution of excellence; manage internal teams to deliver high-impact marketing programs. Support sales efforts in developing best-in-class customer marketing co-op programs to strengthen customer relationships. Essential Experience

BS/BA degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred. 10 years of experience in marketing communications (with demonstrated success in B2B), 5 of which in a management capacity. Strong practical and conceptual leadership abilities. Innovative thinker with ability to translate vision into best-in-class marketing strategies, promotions, and product launches that drive market share and sales growth. Hands-on, willing to roll up your sleeves. Thought leadership on electronic marketing and computer-based applications. Professional abilities in technical and creative writing. Strong project management skills with cross-entity leadership experience. Resourceful and imaginative in leading change. Supervisory Responsibilities

The Senior Brand & Channel Marketing Manager supervises all marketing and graphics personnel in the EMS & OEM Group, consisting of three companies.
