Job Summary Katapult is a leading software development firm specializing in engineering solutions that provide reliable utilities for people. We are seeking talented people who want to do better in their work and in the world. We are specifically looking for a talented individual with an interest in problem‑solving and computer‑aided design. This position will be responsible for using Katapult’s proprietary software to do design work for pole attachments. Applicants should be teachable, flexible, self‑motivated, and ready to learn because we’ll need you to learn the industry, data processing, make‑ready engineering, and pole loading analysis. The job will be full‑time and in‑person at Katapult’s office in Dillsburg, PA.
Expected Job Roles
Use Katapult Pro software
Assist with data collection as needed
Extract data from photos
Make design decisions for pole attachments
Work as part of a team
Qualifications

Background in engineering, CAD design, or software development preferred
