Role Description
Tuff Jug is seeking a Head of Growth - DTC & Digital for a full-time, on-site role. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing customer acquisition strategies, optimizing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving revenue growth across digital channels. This includes spearheading strategy in direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales while overseeing cross-functional collaboration across the marketing, sales, and product teams to achieve business objectives. Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing, direct-to-consumer strategies, and paid social media campaigns. Strong skills in performance analysis, including marketing analytics, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making. Expertise in eCommerce platforms, digital tools/software, and audience segmentation. Strategic leadership experience in growth initiatives, campaign planning, and team management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
