
DOI Communications Senior Associate

Job Description
We are looking for a strong storyteller who is passionate about DOI work and can manage a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail. You should have a proven ability to be a trusted resource to support the team and their communications strategies, and to build relationships with internal partners and stakeholders. Responsibilities
Provide attention to detail to support the DOI Global Communications Team with internal communications processes, metrics and project tracking. Support the firm’s Diversity, Opportunity and Inclusion work by taking part in key stakeholder and partner meetings to provide read‑outs and debriefs. Help generate new story ideas and collaborate with others within the communications team and internal stakeholders in a matrixed, fast‑paced, creative environment. Support event development and execution. Develop internal articles to support and elevate the voice and work of JPMorgan Chase’s DOI initiatives, with an inclusive lens covering geographic, line‑of‑business and center‑of‑excellence perspectives. Maintain key messaging, communications channels and platforms to keep pace with a quickly evolving media landscape, including crisis and reputation management. Be a strong collaborative and driven team member to provide support across all of our Centers of Excellence as needed. Manage the firm’s centralized targeted e‑mail system to assist in sending department‑wide messages. Required Qualifications
4+ years of communications experience at a global corporation, public‑relations agency, or equivalent industry. Bachelor’s degree. Critical thinking and a sense of urgency in a fast‑paced environment, with proven ability to build relationships with internal audiences. Strong team orientation, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and influence others. Proven track record of successfully supporting internal communications, including collaboration with colleagues worldwide, understanding cultural differences, and navigating the DOI landscape. Strong writer and storyteller. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in corporate DOI communications, financial services, or reputation management. Benefits
