Role Purpose/Mission
The Brand Artistry Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional client-facing experiences that showcase the artistry, luxury, and storytelling of the Chantecaille brand.
This role focuses on hosting and executing high-profile, high-yield events within an assigned territory to drive brand engagement, foster client loyalty, and generate incremental sales growth. In addition to event execution, the Brand Artistry Ambassador will support field talent with artistry education, collaborate with the broader luxury division education team, and provide insights from the field to influence future education and event strategies.
Client Experience & Event Execution
Plan, host, and execute impactful client-facing events that elevate the Chantecaille brand and deliver memorable luxury experiences.
Demonstrate exceptional artistry and storytelling skills to engage clients and inspire brand loyalty.
Act as a brand ambassador during events, ensuring alignment with brand standards and values.
Provide feedback on event performance and client engagement to inform future strategies.
Artistry Education & Field Support
Deliver artistry education and coaching to field talent, ensuring consistent execution of brand techniques and standards.
Serve as a resource for Beauty Advisors and freelance talent to enhance their artistry skills and confidence.
Collaborate with the Head of Artistry and education team to develop and refine artistry training content.
Business Acumen & Sales Impact
Understand and leverage industry trends to inform event strategies and client engagement approaches.
Drive sales during events by creating personalized experiences and fostering long-term client relationships.
Monitor event ROI and provide insights to optimize future activations.
Partner with the luxury division education pyramid to ideate and support events that drive incremental sales growth.
Share feedback from the field to influence education direction and event planning.
Maintain strong relationships with retail partners to maximize event opportunities.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in artistry roles within luxury beauty or related industries.
Proven track record of executing client-facing events and delivering artistry education.
Experience collaborating with education and sales teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
Exceptional artistry skills with expertise in luxury beauty techniques.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills to captivate and educate clients.
Ability to create personalized, high-touch client experiences that drive loyalty and sales.
Business acumen with understanding of retail performance metrics and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills to execute multiple events effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with digital tools for event planning and reporting.
Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
