Fifth Street DMC
builds experiences that last because the business behind them is built to last. Creativity opens the door, but relationships, market expertise, and follow-through are what drive sustained growth. We believe sales is not order‑taking, it’s stewardship. It’s about directing the right business into the right markets and building partnerships that compound over time. This role exists because design excellence must be executable and profitable.
YOU: You are detail‑driven, financially fluent, and calm under pressure. You care deeply about how things are built, who builds them, and how they come together onsite. You think in scope, sequencing, and execution—not just ideas.
You thrive working with vendors and partners, negotiating smartly, managing trade‑offs, and protecting margin without sacrificing quality. You know that a strong Run of Show, a tight budget, and a trusted vendor bench are what make creative work succeed. You are collaborative by nature, clear in communication, and steady when timelines tighten. You don’t wait for problems to surface—you see them early and fix them.
OUR CORE VALUES:
Build Like a Partner:
We show up like owners, not order‑takers. We collaborate, contribute, and co‑create. We don't just pass the baton — we run beside each other with shared vision and full commitment.
Own The Outcome:
Everyone leads from where they stand. We take full responsibility — not just for tasks, but for results. We don't wait to be told — we build to be proud.
Make Moments Matter:
We don't just do work — we create meaning. Every email, interaction, and touchpoint is a chance to leave someone better than we found them.
Purposeful Excellence:
Excellence isn't a flex — it's a form of care. We pursue mastery not for ego, but because people, moments, and missions deserve our best.
