
Marketing Strategy & Events Specialist

Next Step Realty is a growing real estate company based in Timonium looking for a creative, detail-driven Marketing Strategy & Events Specialist to join our team. You will assist the development and execution of our marketing campaigns and signature events, playing a key role in elevating our brand presence in the local market.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support brand awareness, agent recruitment, and client engagement goals in conjunction with leadership.
Plan, coordinate, and manage all company events from concept through execution, including community events, open houses, and branded experiences.
Collaborate with leadership to align campaigns with business objectives and seasonal priorities.
Track campaign performance and event ROI; report findings and recommendations to leadership.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate with external partners, venues, and suppliers.
Create marketing materials including flyers, email campaigns, and promotional content.
Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting.
Real estate industry experience is a plus but not required.
Tools & Platforms Proficiency with the following tools is preferred: Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Office Suite.

Hours: 40 hours per week (availability on event days, including some evenings and weekends, required)
Location: On-Site in Timonium
