Overview APPARATUS is seeking a forward‑thinking Graphic Designer to join our Art Department in a new phase of brand growth. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively, explore visual and narrative storytelling, and execute projects from concept to completion across all brand touch points.

Responsibilities

Create compelling design content for print, web, email, and social media.

Update and maintain all client‑facing marketing and sales materials.

Manage visual content across the studio’s website and email platforms, ensuring imagery, copy, and graphics remain current, cohesive, and aligned with brand standards.

Support the development and stewardship of the studio’s visual identity across print and digital platforms.

Onboard and oversee freelance support, when applicable.

Conduct ongoing design and industry research to stay aware of emerging visual technologies, digital tools, and communication formats.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine art, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2‑3 years of direct experience in graphic design.

Strong portfolio showcasing elevated visual design, typography, and conceptual skills.

Prior experience in interior design, agency, or luxury fashion industries is a plus.

Expert‑level knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Bridge; experience in Premiere, After Effects, and Shopify back‑end is a bonus.

Ability to execute creative direction, generate new ideas, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment.

Excellent time‑management, independent drive, and ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Knowledge of print, web, and digital media; ability to deliver across all platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate with cross‑functional team members.

Proven ability to work in a high‑paced environment that values consistency, efficiency, and excellence.

Ability to respond professionally to critical feedback and proactively seek support when needed.

Solutions‑based thinker with a consistently positive attitude.

Work Schedule Full‑time studio hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Longer hours and weekend availability may be required.

Performance Review and Check‑Ins Weekly check‑ins. Annual performance review.

Compensation Salary starting at $65,000. This is a full‑time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
