Seasonal Leasing Consultant
to join our luxury communities in Stamford, CT. This fast‑paced, stabilized multi‑family apartment community offers an excellent opportunity for customer‑facing sales experience.
Position Overview The Leasing Consultant is responsible for providing prospects and residents with exceptional sales and customer service, while maintaining awareness of neighborhood events and the local rental market. This seasonal role is available from Spring/Summer through Fall 2026.
Responsibilities
Convert leads into community tours by following up with prospects and providing compelling information about the community and neighborhood.
Contribute to desired occupancy levels by conducting informative, personalized tours that result in new leases.
Build brand loyalty and achieve resident retention goals by ensuring a consistently stellar resident experience.
Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
Utilize AppFolio software to document prospect updates and assist current residents, maximizing overall experience.
Work weekends when prospective residents are out looking for homes.
Qualifications
1+ year of property leasing or sales experience.
Undergraduate degree preferred, but not required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Projects a professional sales presentation and image.
Motivated team player with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Weekend availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
Compensation & Benefits Benefits include a 401(k) plan if eligible.
