Description: A dynamic Real Estate Development and property management company is looking for a passionate and energetic Leasing Consultant to join our accomplished team. In this role, you will focus on various aspects of property operations, particularly leasing, marketing, and enhancing resident relations within our community. Our team is committed to providing an exceptional customer service experience for all current and prospective residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively and courteously with residents, team members, management, and guests.
Greet visitors warmly and showcase the features and benefits of our apartment community in a professional manner.
Manage the distribution and follow-up of renewal notices to existing residents through electronic means.
Keep an updated and accurate inventory of available rental apartments in our property management software.
Assist with maintenance service requests, ensuring proper documentation and daily follow-up for resident satisfaction.
Implement marketing initiatives to connect with and engage residents; post updates, photos, announcements, and event information.
Create and maintain a Facebook Marketplace account for effective leasing outreach.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the community to deliver an outstanding experience for both residents and prospective tenants.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in multi-family residential leasing.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficient in Yardi Voyager and/or Rent Café CRM (or similar software).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
