We’re hiring a Real Estate Agent to join our team in San Diego. The role As a Real Estate Agent with the Dean Aguilar Group, you'll be working with buyers and sellers throughout San Diego to help them navigate the home buying and selling process.
We provide already‑vetted inbound leads from Zillow Preferred, so you can focus on converting leads and serving clients rather than spending most of your time prospecting for clients.
Your responsibilities include
Converting inbound leads into clients and scheduling showings
Running open houses and converting visitors into follow-up appointments
Conducting property showings and guiding clients through the buying or selling process
Negotiating contracts on behalf of your clients
Advising clients on inspections, appraisals, negotiations, etc.
Staying current on market trends, inventory, and financing options
Nurturing relationships with past clients and your pipeline for repeat business and referrals
Keeping your CRM updated and following up consistently with clients and prospects
Participating in team meetings, roleplay sessions, and ongoing training to sharpen your skills
