About The Role

We're looking for experienced Business Performance Analysts to lead and mentor teams creating high-quality, business-focused content that trains the next generation of cutting-edge AI models. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep business domain knowledge, strong analytical instincts, and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional work. Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing business-focused AI training content Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all project milestones Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine processes to improve team output and efficiency Provide meaningful performance feedback, hands‑on coaching, and professional development support Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders — sharing updates, flagging risks, and driving alignment Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content spanning finance, policy, e‑commerce, and more Who You Are
Experienced business professional with 3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, or domain‑focused project work Proven people manager with 2+ years leading and developing analytical or specialist teams Sharp analytical thinker with strong research skills and an eye for logical rigour Clear, confident communicator — both written and verbal — who thrives in collaborative environments Detail‑oriented and quality‑focused, with the ability to give structured, actionable feedback Creative and lateral thinker who can translate complex business concepts into compelling content Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience No prior AI experience required Nice to Have
Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or content evaluation workflows Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured business content creation Familiarity with MBA‑level frameworks and business strategy concepts Why Join Us
