Overview
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented
Dispositions Specialist
to manage deals from contract to closing. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our deals, building relationships with buyers, maintaining strong communication with sellers, and ensuring every transaction moves smoothly to the finish line. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and enjoys solving problems in real time. Experience in real estate transactions or wholesaling dispositions is a plus.
Responsibilities
Marketing Deals
Create clean & compelling marketing packets
Send targeted marketing emails
Post and manage listings on InvestorLift
Launch and manage text campaigns through the CRM
Promote deals in approved Facebook investor groups
Building & Managing Buyer Relationships
Qualify buyers through InvestorLift, Facebook and internal call lists
Build and maintain a strong, reliable buyer network
Keep the investor database organized, accurate, and up to date
Driving Deals to the Closing Table
Maintain communication with seller throughout the duration of the transaction
Match the right buyers with the right opportunities
Handle inbound interest and follow up consistently
Negotiate with buyers to secure the best possible terms
Proactively solve problems that arise during the transaction
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth, on-time closings
Ideal Candidate
Someone with experience in wholesaling, dispositions, or real estate transactions
A strong communicator who can build trust quickly with buyers and sellers
Highly organized and detail-oriented
A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
Action-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
Efficient and proactive in communication and execution
Comfortable using CRMs, texting platforms, and tools like InvestorLift
Flexible, part-time position with clear path to full-time
