Title: Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Summary This position will support key financial processes, including forecasting, budget planning, and strategic analysis at a firm-wide level. The focus will be conducting financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations.
This is a visible role that includes frequent interaction with key internal stakeholders, as well as external finance partners. The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively interact and influence across a matrix business organizational structure and closely liaise with internal and external partner teams.
Primary Responsibilities
Support the ongoing delivery of financial results and reporting
Understand and manage analyses for highly visible incentive compensation
Provide analytical support on a wide range of projects and cross‑functional initiatives
Proactively develop improvements to processes using available tools and AI aids
Qualifications
Minimum five years of experience within a finance function or with relevant experience in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; MBA and/or CPA preferred
Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
Ability to work across all functions and levels of an organization
Strong motivation, sense of urgency, high‑level of energy, and problem‑solving skills
Takes ownership, responsibility for tasks and sees them through
Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint required
Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning a plus
Experience with incentive compensation modeling a plus
