Qualifications
Active Real Estate License and thorough knowledge of real estate practices and regulations
Strong background in Real Estate
Proven Sales experience with an emphasis on negotiation and closing skills
Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple transactions
Proficiency in leveraging technology and real estate platforms for marketing and lead generation
Knowledge of the Ann Arbor, MI real estate market is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates possessing higher education in a related field
