Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Property Manager specializing in affordable housing. The position is based in Columbia, TN. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the property, managing tenant relations, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, and maintaining property standards. Key responsibilities include handling resident inquiries, addressing maintenance issues, enforcing lease policies, preparing reports, and collaborating with the broader management team to ensure an exceptional living environment.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with residents, team members, and vendors.
Experience and knowledge in property management and lease administration to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Proficiency in preparing and managing leases and related processes.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle day-to-day operations efficiently.
Familiarity with affordable housing programs and regulations is a significant advantage.
Working knowledge of property management software is preferred.
High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
