Position Summary

The Senior Client Manager independently serves as the primary service contact for a book of select commercial clients and is responsible for client satisfaction and strategic planning. This position consistently provides excellent customer service leadership to accounts and represents client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. Primary Responsibilities

Evaluates exposures, obtains quotes, reviews, negotiates and finalizes quotes Obtains information from the client, analyzes risk, and applies technical expertise/knowledge to make recommendations Determines markets within the core carrier strategy Creates solutions and makes recommendations in preparation for the strategy meeting with the Client Advisor Creates complete carrier submission and submits Obtains signed binding and notifies carriers Reviews binding documents for accuracy Performs contract reviews Sets up and maintains accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC Processes renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance Attaches, organizes, and names documents in EPIC Leverages templates and system-generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, client pre-renewal letters, proposal letters, change requests, etc. Creates activities in EPIC and assigns them to applicable team members May be responsible for ordering loss runs, generating proofs, endorsements, and audit reviews Work Experience

3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages Professional Licenses/Certifications

Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license Essential Skills/Competencies

Functional knowledge of Excel specific to creating, formatting, and evaluating formulas and working within templates; skilled in Excel, Word, and other MS Office products Quickly understands new technology platforms Proficient in agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier sites Hands‑on personal approach to customer service, maintaining effective relationships with clients, co‑workers, and colleagues Viewed as a team player and is cooperative and collaborative Understanding of guaranteed cost program design and coverage forms, able to consult on coverage needs Deep and thorough understanding of client requirements, competitive market, industry trends; recognized internally and externally as a subject‑matter expert Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; sets to achieve day‑to‑day objectives within specified solutions; develops and implements work plans for completing projects Problem‑solving ability for difficult, non‑routine issues without being overly complex Capability to develop short‑ and long‑term strategies that impact clients/prospects and business; anticipates obstacles and identifies ways to overcome them Provides resolution to a diverse range of problems; uses critical thinking to overcome complex situations with standard product/service perspectives Education

High School Diploma or equivalent experience Physical Demands & Working Conditions

Office work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand‑up/sit‑down adjustable desk. Exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. This position is located in New Jersey. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $73,300 to $90,500. Individual compensation varies based on job‐related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
