Director of Sales
to lead revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and drive market success.
Position Overview As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that maximize occupancy, revenue, and brand presence. You will cultivate key client relationships, and collaborate closely with marketing and operations to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Identify and secure new business opportunities (corporate, group, and event segments)
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Collaborate with marketing on promotions, campaigns, and brand positioning
Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports
Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
3+ years of hotel sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and hotel sales software
Knowledge of local market trends and hospitality industry best practices
