Role Description
This full‑time, on‑site Personal Banker 1 role is based in Plymouth, WI. The Personal Banker will engage with customers to support their financial needs by assisting with deposits, opening new accounts, and offering personal banking services. The role also includes educating customers on UMB Bank’s financial products and services to help them achieve their financial goals. Qualifications
Experience in Personal Banking and managing Deposits Knowledge of opening New Accounts and other foundational banking operations Understanding of Finance principles and financial products Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on relationship building and client satisfaction Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities Proficiency with banking software and standard computer applications Prior experience in a financial institution or similar role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Finance or Business is advantageous
