
Real Estate Asset Management Senior Associate

The firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join its Asset Management team, with a focus on Multifamily. This individual will play a critical role in driving performance across a national portfolio, optimizing operations, and executing strategic initiatives to maximize asset value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead asset management efforts for a portfolio of multifamily and student housing properties across various U.S. markets.
Develop and execute business plans, including value-add strategies, capital improvements, and operational enhancements.
Monitor property performance through financial analysis, market research, and benchmarking.
Collaborate with property managers, leasing teams, and third-party vendors to ensure operational excellence.
Prepare and present detailed asset-level reporting to senior leadership and investors.
Support acquisition underwriting and due diligence for new investments.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and expense reduction.
Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitive positioning, and regulatory changes impacting the portfolio.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
4-6 years of experience in institutional real estate asset management, with a strong focus on multifamily and/or student housing.
Proven track record of driving NOI growth and executing value-add strategies.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
