Responsibilities

Supervising and leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors.

Overseeing all onsite construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Utilizing construction management software such as Procore, Build Connect, and Buildertrend for project planning, scheduling, and tracking.

Performing hands‑on construction work as needed, including the use of hand and power tools.

Coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.

Ensuring all work complies with building codes and safety regulations.

Troubleshooting and resolving onsite issues and conflicts.

Providing regular progress updates and reports to company management and clients.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial construction with a proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects.

Expertise in ground‑up construction, remodeling, and self‑perform work.

Proficiency in using hand tools and construction equipment.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of construction professionals.

Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Build Connect, and Buildertrend.

Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues quickly and effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, management, clients, and other construction professionals.

A thorough understanding of building codes and safety regulations.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Certifications in construction safety, project management, or related areas are a plus. OSHA 30.
