High-Stakes Relationship Management: Act as a consultant and partner to our largest clients, providing tailored thermal packaging solutions that protect their products and their bottom line.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry shifts. You’ll use data and market trends to ensure Pratt remains the first choice for Cold Chain innovation.
Collaborative Leadership: Work cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, and Production to ensure our value proposition is unmatched in the field.

Industry Veteran: You have a proven track record of success in high-volume sales, specifically within Packaging or Cold Chain packaging.
Negotiation Mastery: You are comfortable in the room where decisions are made with complex contracts and closing high-value deals.
Analytical Mindset: You can interpret financial statements, calculate financial impact of your packaging for customers, and use data to forecast the future of your territory.
Communication Pro: Whether it’s a formal presentation to a "C-suite" executive or a technical deep-dive with a plant manager, you communicate with clarity and influence.
Technical Savvy: You are proficient with ERP systems and MS Office, and you understand the importance of ISO/QS quality standards in the packaging world.

Technical: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and ERP software. A strong grasp of accounting principles as they relate to margins and profitability.
Presence: Ability to travel for industry events, trade shows, and client site visits.
Reasoning: A "problem-solver" mindset—you can navigate situations where limited standardization exists and create your own path to a solution.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
