Private Credit Associate

We’re partnering with a top-tier investment firm specializing in direct lending, private credit, and structured financing for middle-market companies, and they’re looking to add an Associate to their growing team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone eager to drive deals, deepen credit expertise, and grow within a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct fundamental credit analysis on prospective and existing portfolio companies. Build and maintain financial models to evaluate credit structures, covenants, and risk/return profiles. Support deal execution, including due diligence, documentation, and portfolio monitoring. Collaborate with senior team members on investment strategy and sourcing opportunities. Monitor market trends, sector performance, and regulatory developments impacting the private credit landscape. Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in private credit, direct lending, leveraged finance, or related investment banking/corporate credit roles. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and credit analysis. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Experience with middle-market transactions is highly preferred.
