Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in Lisle, IL. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leasing apartments to prospective residents, assisting with resident retention efforts, and providing excellent customer service. Daily responsibilities include responding to leasing inquiries, conducting property tours, processing lease agreements, managing lease administration tasks, and addressing resident concerns to ensure tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in managing leases and lease administration processes
Experience with resident retention and customer service practices
Strong communication skills for engaging with residents and prospective tenants
Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of multifamily real estate operations is a plus
Proficiency with leasing software and office tools is preferred
Prior experience in property management or a related field is an advantage
