Position Experienced Auto Damage Adjuster – Rutland, VT / Manchester, VT / Springfield, VT.

Salary & Sign‑On Hourly: $32.05 – $40.70 (annual $64,575 – $82,000). Sign‑on bonus: $1,500 for candidates holding an active adjuster license.

Key Responsibilities Handle complex auto damage claims, deliver excellent customer service, settle claims accurately and promptly, maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster/Appraiser's License (required)

Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain required state/federal certifications

Minimum 12 months of Auto Damage experience

Willingness to work remotely, in field, or in office

Solid computer, mechanical aptitude, and multi‑tasking skills

Attention to detail and decision‑making skills

Effective communication (verbal & written)

High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
