Come thrive with us at our exquisite Senior Living Community, Waterstone at Wellesley! We are now hiring for a Restaurant Manager (Dining Room Manager) to join our culinary team. The position is full‑time and requires a flexible schedule, including weekdays, some nights, and weekends.
Responsibilities
The Dining Room Manager is responsible for all aspects of the dining room, including hiring, orienting and training all wait staff, ensuring adequate staffing to meet resident needs, and coordinating community special events and functions.
Ensuring overall resident satisfaction with dining services.
Participating in community department manager meetings.
Qualifications
Some experience in restaurant management, banquet or catering preferred.
Experience in the Senior Living industry preferred; must have managerial experience.
Experience managing line employees and understanding the dietary needs of seniors.
High school graduate.
ServSafe certification a plus.
Pay range: $50,000–$60,000 per year.
