The Senior Labor Counsel will assist the Managing Labor Counsel with day‑to‑day legal activities related to existing and potential traditional labor law–related claims and issues in the corporate office and the various facilities and affiliates. Respond to questions from operators and claims raised before state and federal agencies (including the National Labor Relations Board), arbitrators and courts. Responsible for labor arbitrations, collective bargaining and associated legal issues and strategic coordination with other corporate departments to help implement overall objectives. Involved in the defense of traditional labor claims brought against these entities before federal, state, and local agencies as well as claims raised in the courts and before arbitrators. Work independently on behalf of these entities or in conjunction with outside counsel; when working with outside counsel, counsel will be responsible for the overall management of the case. Qualifications

JD from an ABA‑accredited law school. 10+ years of legal experience. Subject‑matter expert on labor law regulatory compliance and risk management issues. Admission to a state bar.
