Job Details The Superintendent is responsible for overall field leadership and execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and at the highest quality standards. You will lead the day-to-day jobsite operations while collaborating closely with project managers, subcontractors, and ownership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction operations
Manage and coordinate union subcontractors and craft labor
Develop and maintain project schedules and sequencing
Enforce jobsite safety programs and OSHA compliance
Conduct daily subcontractor coordination meetings
Ensure work meets quality standards and contract documents
Maintain detailed daily reports and field documentation
Collaborate with the Project Manager on cost, schedule, and logistics
Identify and proactively resolve field issues before they impact the schedule
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
What We're Looking For
10+ years of construction field leadership experience
Experience working with union trades
Background as a Lead Superintendent or Superintendent on $10M+ projects
Experience with complex commercial, civic, education, infrastructure, or industrial construction
Strong scheduling and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders
Commitment to jobsite safety and craftsmanship
Strong leadership and communication skills
