New Home Sales Consultant

Our client is the largest homebuilder in the Southwest, hiring an experienced sales professional to sell new construction homes across communities in Albuquerque and Santa Fe.

What you’ll do

Help everyday people achieve their goal of purchasing a new home within a great community!

Drive conversions and keep your prospect pipeline full by executing a business plan.

Carry out digital and grassroots marketing campaigns that generate serious results.

Partner with the local realtor community and local businesses.

Responsibilities

Actively drive traffic through initiating follow‑up phone calls to previous traffic and coordinating/hosting public and broker events.

Actively tour prospective customers through various home sites/lots to familiarize them with the community layout and explain property boundaries.

Sell the benefits of the community, the company’s reputation, and the quality and design of its products, construction, and service; understand the company’s brand and unique customer value proposition in assigned communities.

Communicate the key differentiators that encourage customers to purchase a home from the company versus other builders.

Explain home‑building and buying processes and administer sales documentation for prospective customers, including completing required purchase‑and‑sale contract information.

Perform all necessary follow‑up to ensure successful closing of sales.

Manage backlog, maintaining strong lines of communication with customers post‑purchase.

Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.

Develop knowledge of competitor policies, programs, pricing, and products, as well as consumer demographics, to better define key differentiators for assigned communities and provide helpful information to management.

Drive Realtor sales through relationship selling.

What you’ll need

Required – current Real Estate License (or currently pursuing through classes).

Proven successful experience in a customer‑facing sales role is highly preferred.

Experience in retail, hospitality, and apartment leasing industries would be nice to have.

Positive appreciation toward ongoing training and professional development.

Ability to work weekends when motivated consumers are in the market (with two days off back to back during the week).
