Role Description
Join the team helping bring one of El Paso County’s newest master-planned communities to life at Mayberry. Mayberry Communities is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused New Home Sales Associate to represent Mayberry, a growing master-planned community in El Paso County, Colorado. The Sales Associate will guide prospective buyers through the home purchasing journey, from initial inquiry and community tour through contract and closing. This role requires a professional who is passionate about helping buyers find the right home while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is self motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a new community and fast paced sales environment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple buyers and opportunities simultaneously. This position offers the opportunity to play an important role in the growth and success of one of El Paso County’s newest town and master-planned communities while working closely with leadership to support continued sales momentum. Qualifications
New Home Sales experience is preferred Capable of "selling the long-term vision of "Mayberry"" Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Proficiency in consultative selling, relationship building, and lead conversion Ability to understand and present detailed information about home features and floor plans Basic proficiency in technology and CRM tools to track and follow up on leads Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work weekends and holidays to accommodate a retail real estate setting Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Self-generate traffic, perform presentations at Real Estate offices/Brokerages and attend required events planned for the community. High-performing sales professionals with builder sales experience are encouraged to apply Mayberry Communities offers a competitive compensation structure designed to reward performance and support long-term success. Base salary
plus a very competitive 1.0%-1.5% Commission Structure W-2 Employee Benefits include Medical/Vision/Dental- PTO Performance-based earning potential Opportunity to grow within a rapidly developing master-planned community Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment Opportunity to be part of the launch and growth of a landmark community in El Paso County Model Hours are 10:00am-5:00pm Monday-Saturday and Sunday 12:00-5:00pm Annual base salary plus uncapped commissions.
Estimated total annual earnings of $125,000 - $200,000 with top performers exceeding this range.
