About the Opportunity We are partnered with a
major, well-known general contractor
supporting large-scale
data center construction projects
across the U.S. They are actively looking to bring on
Level 1 Superintendents (Assistant Superintendents)
to support ongoing builds and grow into long-term leadership roles.
This is a
contract-to-hire opportunity
with a clear path for progression into higher-level superintendent roles as part of a strong, multi-project pipeline.

Mechanical Superintendent (Baytown, TX)
What You’ll Be Doing
Support the Lead Superintendent in managing
daily field operations
Assist with
site logistics, scheduling, and sequencing of work
Help drive
quality control, inspections, and punch list completion
Maintain job site safety standards and support enforcement of safety protocols
Track progress and communicate updates with project leadership
What We’re Looking For
2–5+ years of experience in
construction field roles
(Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, etc.)
Experience working for a
General Contractor or EPC contractor
Exposure to
large-scale commercial, industrial, or data center projects
Strong interest in
data center / mission-critical construction
Background in
electrical, mechanical, or MEP trades
is highly preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
